MediLearning International entered into a formal agreement (MOU) with DataFlow Group to deliver continuing professional development (CPD) and continuing medical education (CME) programs to medical practitioners throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Under the agreement, MediLearning becomes an authorized CPD/CME collaborator on DataFlow’s TrueProfile.io platform.
DataFlow serves as the top primary-source verification service employed by Middle Eastern regulators to confirm the qualifications of medical staff, and its platform supports more than three million registered professionals.
At launch, MediLearning intends to offer upwards of 75 CPD modules bearing accreditation from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), and aims to expand the catalogue to exceed 150 modules within a year. Through the TrueProfile.io system, medical practitioners will be able to reach these accredited courses.
The company is also expanding into Africa after a productive discussion with the Egyptian Healthcare Authority at Africa ExCon in Cairo this June. It will roll out a half-year pilot in Egypt that aims to involve 1,650 physicians across ten hospitals located in the Minya area.
A MediPro dashboard will be supplied to every participating hospital to monitor CPD participation and advancement. The trial aims to lay groundwork for a broader national deployment in Egypt. Additionally, MediLearning is gearing up for entry into Kenya, where it has submitted accreditation requests to the relevant authorities.

The firm’s site, www.med-ilearning.eu, enables occupied medical staff to take online courses either at home or at work whenever it suits them.
MediPro automatically identifies licence and credit deficiencies, allowing hospitals to address compliance issues before they are flagged by regulators. The system provides administrators a single interface to review status across all locations, from individual clinics to extensive hospital networks, eliminating the need for tedious manual follow-ups.
The rollout seeks to fill shortcomings in CPD availability and monitoring throughout the GCC and African nations, where regulations and infrastructures differ from one country to another. While verification services such as TrueProfile and compliance solutions like MediPro begin to bridge these divides, continent-wide standardisation remains a distant prospect.
